EXCHANGES ONLY NO REFUNDS!

Our store does not provide Refunds. Sorry for any inconvenience. Our store only offers store credit or exchanges (IF your item qualifies)for an item of the same value or less.

WE HAVE A 14- DAY EXCHANGE POLICY. Meaning that you have 14 days after receiving your package to request an exchange . IN ADVANCED WE DO NOT EXCHANGE COSMETICS, WHITE CLOTHING, PERFUMES OR LINGERIE.

You are eligible for an exchange if the item is damaged or broken when and ONLY if it remains in its original packaging, with tag and it has not been worn or used. You will also need to provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to start an exchange please contact us via email at luisasbeauty8@gmail.com  where you will be provided with the address where you will need to return your package. Once your exchange has been approved you may take it to your nearest USPS office (we are not responsible for shipping cost) . Please keep in mind that items sent back to us without our approval will not be acceptable. THANK YOU

please inspect your order as soon as receiving or purchasing it and contact us immediately if the item is defective , damaged or if wrong item. Once we evaluate the issue we will try and make it right for you. THANK YOU
